Land.... The Beginning

In our ideal world we wanted to be in our new house by the end of the year
well after 1 visit to the land sales office we discovered that was never going to happen. the land we were originally looking at in Wallara Waters was in stage 8a and that was not set to title till March 2013
and being the impatient person that i usually am, that was not going to work. So we decided to settle on 1 of the last 2 remaining blocks in stage 7 the Richmond release set to title Aug/Sep 2011 the only down side to this is block is that its a corner block but the up side the block is alot larger than most of the other blocks on offer for the later stage release.
On the 12th of June we paid our $1000 deposit on the land YAY
On the 18th of June we paid our remaining 5 % deposit BIGGER YAY
now we just sit back and what for the land to title

It started with a thought

Sohan (hubby) came to me one day and said that his job is being relocated to the other side of town
which as it turns out is a 3hr return trip from where we currently live and we knew that him giving up his job
was never going to be an option, so we thought lets move towards that side of town, we checked out other suburbs a bit closer to the city but we soon realized (remembered) that there was a town called Wallan that will
suit our family and bonus it is only 20mins from Sohan's new work location
